who we are
We take pride in helping families care for their loved ones. Our caregivers have previous experience caring for their own family members, friends, or both. We understand the level of care and compassion you are looking for. We are respectful of your privacy and property. Care logs are available for family members or friends to access after a visit from a caregiver. We are able to provide care for time slots as little as 2 hours up to 24 hours depending on your needs.
At Bridge Senior Care, we strive to provide quality and dependable care that ensures comfort, autonomy, freedom, and respect for our clients while creating a safe and supportive environment.
When daily tasks become taxing or safety becomes a concern, we will be there to bridge the gap and make sure you or your loved one is cared for in a dignified manner while maintaining autonomy and lifestyle.
We are able to help keep your loved ones in the comfort of their own home and can help minimize the stress of caring for your family member. Our presence assures you they are safe and cared for. A care plan will be created to cater to your specific needs while ensuring dignity and personal freedom.
